Klavdianos

Denis Klavdianos is a licensed California attorney admitted to practice in 2003. Denis received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. While in law school, he participated in the Honors Moot Court Competition; he clerked for a Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge; and he also worked as a Research Associate for the California Medical Association.

Denis currently focuses on real estate and construction litigation. In two previous positions, he specialized in general business litigation in a variety of areas of law, including agribusiness law, contract disputes, post-judgment enforcement, as well as some work in a complex family law case where he reconciled a party’s employment and stock option agreements in terms of conflicting case law concerning the subjects of stock option and patent royalty apportionment. Denis has also completed appeals before the Ninth Circuit Appellate Court, the Fourth District State Appellate Court, and the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.
