Rachel Given is licensed California Attorney, admitted to practice in 2021 and a licensed Florida Attorney, admitted to practice in 2017. Ms. Given received her J.D. from Florida International University College of Law in Miami, Florida, graduating with honors.

After graduating, Ms. Given began her career as an Assistant Public Defender in Florida's Ninth Judicial Circuit before relocating back to her home state of California. Ms. Given joined Last, Faoro & Whitehorn as an Associate Attorney in March of 2021.

Ms. Given represents property owns, commercial tenants, landlords, contractors, and homeowners, the majority of her practice consists of civil litigation involving real estate transactions, construction defects, and landlord - tenant matters.

In her free time, Ms. Given enjoys reading, creative writing, and spending quality time with her loved ones and pets.
